These Terms & Conditions encompass both my commissions and customs._{I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason, especially if it goes against my TOS.}I retain all rights to my work. These rights include but is not limited to: publicly posting the artwork to social media (you will be tagged), posting to my personal websites, and using the artwork for portfolios.
This can be overridden if you wish for your commission to remain private, but I must be informed beforehand._{You retain rights to your characters and intellectual property. You may use your artwork for personal and noncommercial usage. If you have a toyhou.se, I will submit the artwork/design on my account, then transfer it to yours. You may use the art as avatars, wallpapers, icons, profile pictures, fanfiction/original fiction cover art, etc. (with credit given). If you wish to post the artwork on other social media, please contact me beforehand and we will discuss it. I will likely allow it with being properly tagged, but I have a right to refuse to repost.}You may not use your artwork for commercial usage unless explicitly discussed and agreed on beforehand. If agreed, I will ask for either a percentage of profit or raise the original price._{My artwork is not allowed to be used for NFTs or tokenization under any circumstances.}Please inquire beforehand if you wish to use my artwork for a larger project (such as a game or animation series). You do not need to inquire if you are buying a character design- once you own the design, you own the rights to that character.I’ve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any reason. If the commission in question was already payed for a full or partial refund will be offered depending on the circumstance.
You may not use the commissioned artwork for commercial usage unless discussed and explicitly agreed upon beforehand.

I will likely refund immediately upon cancellation. The only time this will nullify is if I am in a financial crisis. I will refund you, but it will take an extended period of time.
